I had to replaced my down draft island cooking range. Jenn Air no longer makes one that is compatible with my down draft system, I was forced to replace the range and put in a hood. I was not looking forward to having to put a hood in the middle of my kitchen that I thought would obstruct my view. I could not have been more mistaken...the hood is beautiful and adds a focal point to the room, it is very quiet, and the LED light are very bright. I love it!!! Shipment was very fast and packaged extremely well.

But I think I could’ve spent less money on one. It came wrapped very well but my handyman took six hours installing it because it has to go and Wood and when we opened my ceiling in the kitchen there was nothing to suspend it from. This is something buyers must think about. I also don’t like the fingerprints that stay on it and I’ve tried to dust it but I don’t like getting up on the latter so that’s another issue. Other than those two things it is quite beautiful
