I liked that this was thinner/smaller than the disposal I was replacing and yet had more hp. It is also a LOT quieter. The only problem I had was that the drain from the disposal was lower than the disposal that was being replaced. I made the mistake of assuming it would be at the same level as my other one. Some adjustments had to be made to the plumbing, but that was completely my fault for not checking the description better. I was very pleased with shipping from this seller. It arrived much sooner than I expected and the time frame given.
