I selected this faucet for a kitchen renovation in my previous home. In my new home I am undertaking an extensive remodel with many, many choices to be made. At least the choice of which faucet to use for my main kitchen sink was an easy one! This faucet is solidly built, easy to use, has a strong water flow and looks fabulous. It looks, feels and performs like a fixture three times as costly, so of course I chose to buy it again.

I purchased this faucet (in SS) about 9 months ago, typically wait 6-9months to review items. From opening the box on arrival and our constant use of it I have been absolutely impressed. I would certainly recommend this to others that are seeking a superbly crafted faucet - the unique combination of the pre-rinse, swivel/swing arm spout and single-hole unit are excellent. I was not aware of VIGO products prior to this purchase and found this faucet based on a height search and desired features. The stated specs were accurate (YES its really that tall). Prior to receiving it I was concerned that due to its height it might be flimsy or awkward - not at all the unit is secure and sturdy and am pleasantly surprised at the excellent craftsmanship - its just really well made (no Im not being paid for this review). Our previous faucet (purchased in plumbing/bath showroom) does not come close this quality and this was less expensive! I purchased the Stainless Steel version of whats pictured here and it DOES allow both the pre-rinse and swing arm (spout?) to be used simultaneously.

Much larger than I thought but still love this faucet.. have not installed yet. Update: Initially, I loved this faucet. But now that its been installed for a couple months, its awful. The chord for the detached sprayer piece disconnects from both ends while using it. Meaning that when I am doing dishes with scalding hot water, it gets sprayed all over my face and body and burns me. I contacted customer service and was told nothing could be done because it was purchased over 5 days ago. Seriously?? Do not purchase this!!!

I have had this faucet for over a year now. Quality is outstanding. Was worried about whether it would stand up with wobble. IT does! Looks expensive and really makes the kitchen. If you are considering would buy it. Its a great looking and high functioning faucet. Love it.

We have had to do emergency plumbing work late at night because the hot water makes the attachment come loose on the hose and you have water spraying all over the house. I think they need to send this one back to design and figure that out. would not recommend and/or maybe they have a fix we dont know about? welcome suggestions. love the look but hate the functionality.
