Shipped at a snails pace....cheap generic product with no label. Product not as pictured. Extremely disappointed. If this is the best that houzz has to offer I wont be back. Sad, Sad, Sad. Also waiting to try to return the product. Houzz said they would get back to me about returning it and so far havent heard anything.

I was a little worried when it started leaking after replacement. I removed it and one of the washers got moved when installed. I straightened it and voila... No leaks!

This filter was so easy to change out and works perfectly. The free shipping took a lot longer than I had expected, and there was even an extra day delay due to the carrier, but the shipping was free. I will be purchasing this product again in the future.

Good price, same product as in the store, the only ding would be shipping is a little slow, but I can understand due to shipping cost and the price I paid. I am very happy and would/will buy again.
