We have had a problem with utensils disappearing - to the yard, to the trash, to who knows where. I wanted a very inexpensive set for a lake house where I will have even less oversight. These are very light weight, but sturdy enough for everyday and dishwasher use. They were so inexpensive I bought a bunch, and am not going to worry if they slowly disappear as well.
