The product came with one extra Chrystal and one was broken. The product should provide at least few extra Chrystals , both styles.

Very please with our purchase. The package was delivered sooner than projected. Pretty excited about that. All the parts were nicely packed with a few extra glass pieces. It did take us longer than anticipated due to having to put each piece on one at a time. I recommend that you put on the bulbs prior to hanging the glass pieces. It was worth the time. We love how the chandelier looks in our dining room. Definitely add character to space.

I love my new light! I have a dimmer on the switch so I can leave it on and it glows so beautifully.

This chandelier looks stunning in our dining room and is even more beautiful in person. Though be aware as others have noted that you have to hand attach each crystal to the chandelier and is very time and effort intensive. That being said, it is well worth the effort. We absolute love it and would recommend!

My only complaint is the time it took to assemble the individual crystals. Once done, hanging took 3 people bc its so heavy! But its so worth it bc it looks gorgeous!
