I had spent many hours searching on-line/ in lighting stores, trying to decide on a style / size. I wanted something more modern, something that wouldnt feel heavy sitting underneath. I was very leery of buying on-line as I prefer to be able to see items in person. I had sent an email w/a question regarding this light and they quickly responded to me the same day and it was a Sunday!!! I was not expecting that, I was expecting to have to wait for a response on a weekday. I am SOOO happy w/this chandelier. I feel like it is modern-glam. It was well packaged / arrived in great condition. I did have it professionally installed and thank goodness I did. The installer commenting on the design element of install making it more time consuming. The glass droplets were easy to install, but careful -- easy to drop too, thank goodness they had sent extra droplets. The lighting is VERY bright, I bought a dimmer switch and would HIGHLY recommend it. I am loving the look I can achieve w/the dimmer too. I plan to switch out the halogens w/LEDs. Not sure why my pics are not upright when I uploaded them. Hope my review/pics help you make your decision with your lighting.

I LOVE this light - it looks beautiful and is well made. I recommend it. I think its important to mention though that it is not the easiest to install and you should plan for extra time to hang every crystal. I believe I remember reading in the description that the installation was advanced or something to that effect. They arent kidding. Dont hesitate to purchase but might want to consider hiring a professional for the install.
