Installation is a problem; the chandelier does not hang straight. Two contractors are still working on getting it installed. The frame is off in alignment. I think I’ll need information on returning the chandelier. Wish it looked like the picture.

I just had this installed yesterday and it is just beautiful! The crystal captures the light perfectly, it is mesmerizing! I had a electrician install it, and then I hung the crystals.

It took me about 3 - 4 hours to install the crystals and replace the aging chandelier (first time installing a crystal chandelier). It looks even better than I imagined it and most importantly my wife is happy with it. The package included extra crystals and parts. One thing to note is that it has 6 lights.
