This is a very pretty lamp. It arrived beautifully wrapped. It does require a lot of rubbing with a soft cloth as the supplier suggests as it is ver "oily".

the glass shafe is far too heavy for the base. The base needs to be 5 times heavier than it is. It feels like its very wobbly, and will tip over and break. NOT good for the money spent.

This lamp is exactly as pictured and fine enough quality for family room. Yes, I know good, handmade stained glass and have many high level pieces....BUT I only wanted a less expensive way to light a corner and chair. I LOVE this! Took all of 7 minutes to assemble by myself and takes 2- 100 watt bulbs, so it casts good reading light. If youre looking for an "art-like" piece, this is it!
