The floor lamp arrived quickly and packed well. The lamp is substantial, and I like the graceful shape of the base. The bottom plate (is sharp!) has a small dent but not enough to mess with returning it. The shade isnt what I would call off-white...its quite gold, but it will work well with my furnishings. Because of the way its constructed, I dont think Ill be able to replace it with a different shade, but I havent tried. Over all, Im pleased with it.
