Have had it for 2 years this month. The first time it rained it leaked in one stop. About 6 months later the velcro that holds the flap doors open (on the left side just fell off, then the other side did the same thing. There are 4 very small hole in it that leak. (no reason for the holes, besides being a piece of garbage.) I told my husband not to buy it, but he did. Not worth it at all. Oh and now the zipper is coming off. Guess there is a 3 year warranty, well see. I bet thats a crock of bull too.
