A classic hand crafted vertical offset steel smoker. Laser cut to provide perfect tolerance and seal. Four slide out heavy duty laser cut cooking grates are evenly spaced in the vertical smoke box. The Firebox features a gas assist starter and a dual level 18" square grilling surface as well as a slide out ash pan for easy clean up. Extra heavy duty polyurethane self lubricating casters are a must for this size smoker. Perfect temperature is read by American made custom Big Hat Tel-Tru thermometers. 1" threaded drain, adjustable air dampers, cool touch spring handles, 1200 degree high temp paint and pull handle.
