Amazing product and customer service! I was impressed by the care they took in packaging and the quality of the bar and stools. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was powder coated instead of painted and everything fit together perfectly with the thoughtfully designed instructions. You can tell quality is a primary concern, and they nail it. Also, I clumsly lost a leg leveler through user error, so I sent an email per the package insert card- I received a response almost immediately accomodating my request for a free replacement. I would buy again in a second.
