First they are fantastic chairs, and one had a broken leg. The shipper was the problem I believe, the legs were poking out of the box when they arrived. I thought it was ok, but alas, not so, it was sheared enough not to hold weight. But, Houzz reviewed the request to replace it and right now I am awaiting the new chair. Shippers should be more careful, but as we know somethings will be hard to ship in the first place. Maybe chairs are hard to keep in a box, the box looked like it has been thrown off a truck truthfully. Houzz, the chairs are nice, get better boxes and shippers please.
